WWLDI specializes in custom leather wristbands. WWLDI strives to deliver the highest quality as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices possible. As such, WWLDI offers an Limited Lifetime Warranty on all WWLD Leather Wristbands.

As sometimes things go awry, it is recommended to inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Inspect the contents of the package to determine if you have received the proper quantity and quality of the merchandise ordered, prior to signing the delivery manifest. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filled with the carrier within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods.

Merchandise delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer. To request a return, contact by e-mail our Returns Department, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, WWLDI will refund USPS return shipping costs.

If we made an error in processing your order, please send an email within 24 hours of receiving the package to our Returns Department and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. When an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. We will process the redo order exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. We will not change the product, the logo or artwork or the imprint color when processing the redo unless pre-approved by us.
