Return Information

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a web site other than WhatWouldLoveDoIntl.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

WWLDI wants you to be delighted with your Wristband purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with a product you received, return the item unused within 30 days of received and we will refund your money or credit-card charge.

The refund of the money will not include shipping costs, duty or customs fees (if applicable). To apply for this benefit the Wristband should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. The credit will be applied once the unused product has been received and checked. Wristbands that do not meet these standards will not be refunded or shipped back to you.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

As you may be aware, custom made products cannot be restocked. In fact, the industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy if the product has been received according to the order.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call (800) 431-0126 for further assistance.
